Case Manager - Resident Choices - Full Time

Family Services’ Resident Choices eviction prevention program is seeking a full-time Case Manager to provide direct services to low-income families and individuals who are at-risk of losing their housing living within the City of Seattle city limits. These services include therapeutic case management, advocacy, information and referral, outreach and networking.  

Requirements

  • BA in Social Work or related field, plus two years case management experience working with diverse low-income populations.

  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience providing culturally appropriate services to people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to establish clear client/case manager boundaries.
  • Must have a car and WDL
  • Bicultural and/or bilingual preferred

Hours: Full-time Monday-Friday.

Hiring Range: $30,932 to $38,211 per annum, DOQ, plus full-time benefits.

Location:  West Seattle, Central and North end Sites.
