Professional assessments and case planning are conducted by master's level social workers.
How to Apply
Applicants must complete an application (with the necessary identifying
information) and participate in an assessment with a caseworker. Assessments
last for approximately one hour, and all information is confidential.
Once eligible, participants are expected to engage in case planning and goal setting. Financial assistance is available on a limited basis, and is provided only in the context of an overall case plan with an emphasis on linkage to stable housing.
These services are intended to be one-time assistance. Those being served for a second time may be scheduled to see a caseworker to receive information and referral services, but financial assistance might not be provided.
