Resident Choices

Eviction Prevention for Low-Income Families and Individuals living in Seattle

Our Resident Choices program provides a range of support for residents of public housing communities. With the support of Resident Choices case managers, residents focus on preventing eviction and maintaining their housing by stabilizing their family, living and employment situations.

Case mangers can also help clients with setting goals, by providing information/referral services, by assisting clients to access resources, and by being an advocate:

  • Basic needs

  • Counseling

  • Child concerns

  • Public Assistance (DSHS)

  • Employment issues

To be eligible for our program, you must:

  • Be experiencing issues that may lead to the loss of housing
