Counseling

We provide the professional counseling and support that helps sustain an emotionally healthy life. Provided by state licensed therapists with masters or doctorate degrees, our general and specialized counseling services are available throughout King County.
 

Counseling Services
Our counselors are trained and equipped to address all types of issues, including family, couple or individual problems, wide range of mental health services that are confidential, culturally diverse and individually beneficial.
 

MultiCultural Counseling
We provide culturally relevant counseling to a diverse clientele. 
 

New Parents Services
Comprising preventative and intervention components, Family Services’ programs for new mothers are Listening Mothers and Beyond the Baby Blues.

  • Listening Mothers
    New mothers can explore their emotional needs, concerns, frustrations and joys with the help of a knowledgeable trained professional.

  • Beyond the Baby Blues
    Beyond the Baby Blues is a comprehensive program that provides increased awareness and comprehensive clinical intervention for women and their families experiencing Postpartum Depression and other postnatal mood disorders.

  • Certificate Programs
    We provide professional training through our Certificate Programs in Clinical Theory and Practice and Human Development

     

    We also offer contracted counseling and consultation services for corporations, businesses and the human resource industry. Customized trainings and critical incident debriefings are also available through Wellspring Family Services EAP.
